With so many people struggling with unemployment and underemployment, the Work Intervention Network (WIN) was created by an international collaboration of career counselors, vocational psychologists, and other career experts. A four-module workshop was created to offer both practical and emotional support for individuals facing work insecurity. The WIN team is seeking to train new career counselors who are interested in facilitating the WIN workshop. We are offering free training (a ninety-minute session via Zoom) and then will ask the facilitators to help with our evaluation process. Read the detailed message from David Blustein and Amy Mazur (both NCDA members) and visit the WIN website at www.bc.edu/win
