
Case Management Part II is a one hour workshop that builds on the foundation of Case Management Part I. Case Management Part II provides participants with steps to set up seamless Case Management service models that promote easy accessibility and increased client centered outcomes. In addition, participants will be provided with strategies to build layered resource and partnership networks that result in client and stakeholder confidence.
