Instructor Development includes HAI programs designed to prepare qualified professionals to teach, facilitate, and deliver career-development training effectively. Courses emphasize content knowledge, instructional skill, ethical practice, program administration, learner support, and professional readiness.

The FCD Instructor Training course prepares qualified career development professionals to deliver the NCDA Facilitating Career Development curriculum. The program combines self-paced eLearning activities, live virtual sessions, instructional practice, program-development assignments, and individualized feedback from an NCDA FCD Master Trainer.

Candidates must successfully complete all training requirements and demonstrate readiness in content knowledge, facilitation, ethical practice, organization, responsiveness, and trainee support. Completion of the training does not by itself guarantee approval or continued status on the NCDA FCD Instructor Registry.

Instructor Candidates,

If you are new to LMS, you are welcome to review this sample FCD Moodle course. It's very basic but will give you a preview of what you are able to build for your FCD Course.
