Welcome to the HAI Career Development Facilitator (CDF) Training Program. Start with the Program Overview and Orientation. After you complete the required Orientation activities, Chapters 1–11 will open for flexible, self-paced work.
Chapter 12 opens after you complete the required evidence across Chapters 1–11, pass the Chapter 11 Integration Check, and meet the Comprehensive Readiness Gate requirements. Some activities are graded, some are required but ungraded, and others are provided for practice and support. Follow the completion indicators and instructions in each activity.
