Solutions for Working Professionals:
As a result of meeting the ever evolving needs of the working professional, Harrison & Associates East has designed an intense high impact fast track GCDF/CCSP Training Course also known as the Facilitating Career Development (FCD) Training Program. Our course is fully certified by the National Career Development Association (NCDA) and requires 120 hours of study utilizing their FCD Training Curriculum and approved by the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE). Our 120 hour program targets the 12 career development competency areas.

The FCD Training course is intended for anyone providing career development services in employment and workforce development, one stops or other career centers, education secondary and post-secondary, veteran career development, career coaching, human resources, or other professionals that desire career development training.

Credential Eligibility:

Upon successful course completion, you are eligible to apply for two credentials: 

  1. The Certified Career Services Provider™ (CCSP) is issued by the NCDA Credentialing Commission. 
  2. The Global Career Development Facilitator Credential (GCDF®) issued by the Center for Credentialing and Education.

The NCDA Facilitating Career Development Training and Certification Program can enhance the skills and knowledge of individuals who work in any type of career development setting. In addition, successful completers are eligible to apply for industry-recognized credentials
