Harrison & Associates International LLC provides comprehensive Facilitating Career Development training for professionals who support individuals with career, education, employment, and workforce decisions.

The 120-hour FCD program combines live instruction and eLearning activities using the National Career Development Association’s Facilitating Career Development curriculum. Training addresses the core competencies needed to provide informed, ethical, and effective career development services.

The program is appropriate for professionals working in workforce development, career centers, education, higher education, veteran services, human resources, career coaching, community programs, and related service settings.

Successful course completion may support eligibility to apply for the following credentials, subject to each credentialing organization’s current education, experience, application, and approval requirements:

  • Certified Career Services Provider™ (CCSP) through the NCDA Credentialing Commission
  • Global Career Development Facilitator® (GCDF) through the Center for Credentialing & Education

Course completion does not automatically confer either credential.
